Spotting dots in the matrix is not the end of the process. It's the beginning. 

After precisely locating the spots for each BU, you need to ask three questions. 1. Can I move the sport to a more attractive position? 

2. Is it worth moving the spot into a different position? 

3. Where should I invest money specifically to make BU more valuable?
